Hello, Cupcake books. We made enough for her to take into school for her birthday. They turned out adorable, but they're definitely not something you want to try to do in one sitting.
On our first try, we got a little excited and tried decorating the cupcakes before they cooled off. Since the wings were made of chocolate, they melted, and flopped over. That made the girls happy because it meant they could eat them now! We always eat mistakes, that way I don't mind messing things up.
